Requirement of Company Incorporation

1. Minimum 2 shareholders.

3. Number of registered capital (should be designated pursuant to actual investment) (if there is foreign shareholder, please note that bank letter affirming the balance in Thai shareholder’s bank account is required sufficiently in accordance with shareholding ratio)
4. Registered Address. (Consent letter of landlord is required, please further note that if VAT is to be registered, virtual office and address in condominium are not allowed, if it is a residential house in property development project, consent of juristic office is required).
