Divorce Agreement

Under Thai law, both parties can create a divorce agreement during the divorce registration to arrange assets, debts, legal guardianship, alimony, and other matters. Please note that this Divorce Agreement must be completed on or before the divorce registration and can only be registered at the time of registration. Our legal service for divorce agreement include:

1. Up to Four assets and debts can be arranged in the agreement as well as legal guardianship of the child and alimony. (THB 1,000 per an additional asset).
2. One Witness provided by us. (THB 2,000 if another witness required by us)
3. English or Thai original language. (THB 3,500 for English and Thai original languages)
