Foreigner who has been living in Thailand for more than 3 years with continue Working Visa and the salary rate exceeding THB 80,000 per month for the entire period of over 3 years and have been working with the same employer for more than 1 year and especially Thai tax has been paid properly will be eligible to apply for Thai Permanent Resident.

Thai Permanent Resident application usually be opened during October to December of each year, therefore, recommended time to initiate the preparation can be starting from July of each year.

Option 11: DTV Destination Thailand Visa

DTV Visa is an interesting option, as it allows for maximum 5 years and each stay maximum 180 days, with another 180 days extension can be allowed.Available options for DTV:

1. Workation, if you are employee and allowed for working remotely or if you are free lancer, supporting documents required such as employment agreement, working contract, bank statement shows income as well as tax document.
