The applicant whose age is 50 years old and above is able to apply for 1 Year Non “O” Retirement with the following qualification:

1. Age 50 years old or above
2. Deposit THB 800,000 in Thai Bank Account or
3. Having Pension Min THB 65,000 per month (Pension is strictly, other type of income is not applicable)
4. Provide long-term lease agreement or ownership of property in Thailand

(Our fee is exclusive of government fees i.e. visa conversion THB 2,000 and visa extension THB 1,900 and Multiple Reentry during 90 days visa THB 3,800 (optional) and 1 year visa THB 3,800.) We can arrange conversion from Tourist or Free Visa to Non “O” Retirement without leaving Thailand if you have remaining days to stay in Thailand not less than 15 days.
